Sunday we had an open house. We did not have our hopes up since the last time we had this house on the market and had open house we never had a single person show up!
Well...this time we had a very good response! We had one lady who seems to be interested...she asked for the seller's disclosure...so we are keeping our fingers crossed and thinking happy selling thoughts! If any of you have some extras happy thoughts you could send us we would really appreciate it!
Sawyer is feeling as good as new! It is so good to have my happy loving fun little boy back! I was really missing his little giggles!
