OUCH!

Today Sawyer fell face first on the cement driveway.

He did not cry at all.

He just got up and started playing.

When he turned around I was blood.

We found a house we like. We put an offer in last night, they have til 5 tonight to respond! So we are keeping our fingers crossed!

Sunday Mark washed the truck...in this process he made some puddles that Sawyer could just not resist! He was completly soaked...but had so much fun!

Busy Busy Busy!

We are busy searching for our new home!

It has been kinda tough with our schdules...first Mark was out of town all weekend and now our realtor is out of town until tomorrow! So we will start the hunt on Wednesday evening! I have been looking online but I get tired of that....I do not enjoy that very much!

Sunday when Mark got back in town....he spent some time with Sawyer outside...I got some cute photos I thought I would share!

Exciting News!

We have a contract on this house!

We sign the papers on May 29 and he takes posession on June 1!

I was beginning to think this was never going to happen!

We had a GREAT realtor who really worked hard to sell it! So if you are looking for a realtor let me know!

Today I am going house hunting! Mark is out of town on a motorcycle trip so I am going solo (thanks to Kent and Amy for keeping Sawyer for me)! After doing some searching I think Greenwood would go a place to live! It is smaller but they go to Lee's Summit schools! So if we do buy there we will be the Greenwood's living in Greenwood! We are also still looking in Blue Springs!

In this photo Sawyer is looking out the front door waving to the guy (Jimmy) across the street leaving. Everytime Jimmy comes or goes Sawyer runs to the door and waves! Of course anytime he hears a car on the street he stops and waves!

Sawyer loves to do the Itsy Bitsy Spider so randomly throughout the day he stops what he is doing and goes thru the motions....I caught him here after playing with the tires on the truck...you can see the dirt all over his hands!

This Boy Loves Dirt!

Today there was no rain or snow. The sun came out and it was actually warm!

So of course we had to go and play!

Sawyer had a blast running around the yard! He picked up lots of sticks and played in the dirt...at one point I looked over just as he was putting the dirt in his mouth! It was gross...but I had to laugh b/c he just looked so happy and proud of himself!

I did notice while going thru my photos that I need to go shopping for some clothes for Sawyer! He always has the same outfits on!

Anyway I hope everyone enjoyed this nice day as much as we did!

Kameron's Party!

Today was Kameron' birthday party at the Flip Zone!
I of course was a big dork...I took my camera and did not put a memory card in it! So I only have a few photos!
The kids had a blast! This is a great place and if you have never been there you should check it out!
Kameron got lots of cool presents...he was really excited about his bubble grill!

Crib Crazy!

The last couple days I have found Sawyer screaming and crying holding on to his crib. The first time this happened I thought he just wanted something out of it, but after taking all the toys out one by one and he was still crying, I realized that was not it!
So I put him in the crib.
He started jumping up and down with glee! He just sits in there and plays. My sister said I should be happy he has so much fun in a confined space but I think it is just wierd!

Happy Freakin Spring!

We had a very long horrible winter. There was lots of snow and even more ice! It was bitterly cold and incredibly long!

In case you did not know...I despise cold weather! There is nothing more uncomfortable to me than being cold!

That is why I always look forward to spring! It is supposed to get warm, the sun comes out, flowers bloom, the grass and the trees turn green, the birds start to chirp....I think you get the point!

We are getting completely screwed! We have not had any spring weather yet. It has been cold and wet. Now they are calling for snow.

Birthday Party Fun!

Today we went to Legacy Park to celebrate our friends Drew and Halie's birthday! They have a big swim area filled with everything a kid needs to have fun!

We had only attempted putting Sawyer in a pool once...and he did not like it!

But today he had a blast! He even went under a few times and just bounced right up!

I think we gave Sawyer something we should not have. We gave him tuna. I know that I was not supposed to eat it pregnant but maybe he is still to little for it. Yesterday we had an incident...I wont share the details with you...let's just say it was not pleasant!

It did take him long to bounce back though! This morning he was up being his normal cute playful self!

I on the other hand am not back to my normal cute self! I am sick of sinus infections! It just needs to get warm so that I can feel better!
