We put our house back on the market yesterday. We had it on before for 13 months with no luck.
I feel good about it this time! I feel like it is our time! So I am confident that it will sell!
Sawyer is one years old and needs his own room (right now he is sharing with my scrapbook stuff), he needs a place that is completly safe for him that he can play with anything in there and not get in trouble!
So I am putting it out there! My house is going to sell soon!

Kelly's Challenge!
What Am I Looking Forward To In February?
The most important thing happening in February is my beautiful niece Bridget is going to turn 6!! So am excited about that! I am confident she will have a party fit for a princess!
I have a couple of get-together's with friend's planned, I always enjoy time with friends!
And of course we can not forget Valentine's Day! The day of love! Maybe this year Mark and I will actually do something special!

Sugar High!
That is what you get when you come to a party that I throw!!!
Today we celebrated Sawyer's First Birthday with our family and friends!
We served some appetisers kid style! We had gummi bears, teddy grahams, twizzlers, goldfish, and marshmallows!
We also decorated sugar cookies! I think the kids really enjoyed this! I had different colored icing and sprinkles! The kids just went crazy decorating! Not sure the parents were as thrilled with all the sugar...but that is what you get when you come to a party!!!!
We opened presnets...and Sawyer got some great gifts! Since Sawyer is really to small to open the presents...I let each of the kids help him! I hope that made it fun for them! He got the amazing animal train and ark! The peekaball gumball machine, lots of soft tonka trucks, sports balls, a see and say, a bulldozer with blocks, a learning puppy and some clothes!! THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYBODY!
We had 2 YUMMY cakes! One that my oh so talented friend Misty made...it was absolutly adorable! It was a train...and it was perfect! The other was from Costco with the chocolate cream filling...need I say more! Of course we had ice cream too! Sawyer had his own little cake to dig into that was a number 1 shape! THANK YOU MOM AND MISTY FOR THE CAKES!
Overall I think the party was a success! I know that we had fun and we hope everyone did too!

Even More Birthday Photos!
Just Some Cute Birthday Photos!
Mark picked out this leap Frog Train that Sawyer can ride on for his birthday! It makes all kinds of noises and does lots of different things! Plus he can ride, push and pull it! He has been having alot of fun with it!
The shirt he has on says Prince Charming...it was an outfit that he got from my sister for christmas! We thought it was a perfect birthday outfit!
New Car Seat!
